Maison D'Art Collection, in synergy with Chef Gourmet, a renowned cooking and pastry school, has created a unique proposal: an open-air cooking class with a breathtaking view over the rooftops of Rome. Guided by an expert chef, you will try your hand at making fresh pasta and traditional sauces, experiencing a moment of true gastronomic culture.
Each participant will work the dough with their own hands, shape the pasta and use the cooker to complete the preparations. Everything will take place in a relaxed and reserved environment, with a glass of bubbly to make the experience even more enjoyable. At the end, you will be able to enjoy your dishes in the tranquillity of the terrace, exclusively reserved for the group.

Experience with market visit
The activity begins with a visit to the nearby market in Via Cesare Balbo, where, together with the chef, you will select fresh ingredients for the recipe of the day. Immediately afterwards, you will go to the cooker to cook together.
